Keeping Track of Your GPA

Many nursing programs require that you complete a certain number of prerequisite courses prior to admission. Nursing programs, on the whole, have what is called a "selective admissions process." This means you are competing for spots in the program with many other pre-nursing students. While your grade-point average isn't the only thing an admissions committee looks at, it IS important.
